Greg – I’m speechless. I’m a current user and I can’t believe what I’m reading here. Open Road is already the best software on the market BY FAR and you’re going to waive upfront fee’s and it’s only $47?? Am I reading that right?? WOW! That has to be the best value in this crazy market where everyone is trying to rip you off. I always knew you were on the up and up Greg and this just proves it in my mind even more.

I was pulled in by all the HYPE and bought Freedomsoft. I even went to the San Diego Event where there was just more hype and selling. I am coming back to Openroad even without the enhancements that are coming on the 17th it’s better. Keep up the good work.

Greg I use OR 2.0 right now and love it. I can’t believe all the changes over the past 6 months and it just keeps getting better. Those email notifications may seem like a small one but it’s actually HUGE for my business. I am also looking forward to the power match plus feature. If you remember me I met you In Las Vegas 3 months ago aqnd you told me a little about it then. thanks so much, you’re team is so great to work with when we need to!

Like Phil above, I was pulled in by all the Freedomsoft hype, but I’m cancelling it because it just isn’t as good as your system, which I came back to recently as my short sale business is really ramping up.

Greg, you are amazing and thank you. Can’t wait. We’ve been with OR since it’s inception and could not be happier about the upgrades.
We knew you guys would be keeping up with the Jones and then some (we’ve seen other systems out there and would never consider giving up our OR.
When you’ve a moment, can you address where the cash buyer list is coming from. This is key for us right now.

I was introduced to this product a long time ago, by a Mentor and friend, Hunter Paschall. I’ve been using it as an investor ever since… and because of it, I “know” my business.
Now my business is expanding and I have become a Realtor with a number of Agents in the Orlando, FL area. To manage and grow that business was as simple as upgrading so I could create more users on the system. We have even expanded it to our “Team”(Mortage Brokers, etc) and now view ourselves as a “Green” company because everything that needs to be done is paperless and seemless.

Openroad3 is about shake up the short sale builder industries with the NO-Setup FEE…Thanks for the no Setup fee this alone has stop many people from getting the system. NOW let us see if the other short sale builder company stop charging those FEE’S also. OPENROAD3 YOUR THE BEST!!!

Wow, I have to admit I was pulled in by Freedomsoft as well but I am finding this so much better. I’ve decided to cancel my freedomsoft (hopefully with no problems) and go back to Open Road! Absolutely great and at a great price with no set up fee!!!!

I must say that when I saw & signed up for OR2 I was REALLY impressed. I had been using Short Sale Builder for about 6 months and like the other comments posted about Freedom$oft I just knew you guys were going to eclipse all the others out there. I am so thankful that you gave me the opportunity to try out OR2 and now with it being put on steroids WOW!!!! Thank you all at Realeflow. Truly a GREAT bunch of people to do business with. I too tried Freedomsoft and quickly cancelled after 3 days of testing. I hope OR3.0 delivers well. Looking forward to it.

God Greg… As much as I like you… don’t quit your day job. There’s an old schtick about not bringing a knife to a gun fight, but in the case of OpenRoad, it’s like being at a knife fight and realizing you’re the only one with a gun.
Internal Messaging intrigues me. As an owner, for Team management(we also have accounts set up for our mortgage broker, etc), but what also intrigues me is that we are also a Real Estate Company and we offer boutique pricing, like flat fee MLS listings and internet marketing to investors. The new “Internal Messaging” feature seems like a phenomenal way to network with the investors we support.
Our Team is wildly excited about this and all of us will be on the webinar.

Greg, how is your system different/better than FreedomSoft? What do I really get with the $49 fee and what are the other fees?

Juanita – you get a system that has been in use for several years and does not have the large upfront fee that Freedomsoft does. I just cancelled my Freedomsoft account because it doesn’t even come close to what Open Road/Realeflow offers. Check out the website to see what you get.

I had Freedomsoft for a month and really got to test drive it. You can get most of the features it offers for free online if you look hard enough. The upfront costs are not worth it. Plus you also have a monthly fee. When I was at my local REIA meeting I talked to several of the heavy hitters who were promoting Freedomsoft during the launch, how they liked it ,and they told me they only promoted it because of the joint venture sales deal they got. All of them told me they use Open Road/Realflow. Most of them also got SIMS when it was offered ,and say it blows everything else away! Thanks and I’m really looking forward to the launch.

OR3 is going to be a very powerful tool. Freedomsoft is a very different product. It may seem they are similiar but they are not really at all. Preston’s a great dude and their product is perfect for many investors. I am obviously partial to Realeflow, and as a result think OR3 is really going to redefine what “automation” means for business. OR3 is designed for serious investors and is completely loaded… We’ve had thousands of users on the platform for a while now and are 100% completely committed to leading this “tech” industry for RE. How much do I have to pay to be in? There are many commercial buildings standing, some in foreclosure here in Houston, TX and surrounding towns and cities. I just paid for my real estate course, when I finish I will take my test to be a licensed real estate agent. I was told that I had wasted the little I had in trying to get my license, because the real estate market is a joke. What do you say?!!!!!!!
