30 Business Building Ideas in Less Than 60 minutes
Feb 5, 2009 I Don't Like to Work
We put on an event last year that a lot of people credit for being a major reason for their huge success the past 6 months. It was called the World Short Sale Main Event, and it was loaded to the brim with 5 days of non-stop marketing, negotiating, and business building sessions.
Below is my presentation that literally blasts thru 30 different ideas (strategies and tactics) that were responsible for our huge growth. I must warn you, it’s fast paced and FULL of information that if you apply it will cause your business some serious growing pains.
It was one of the highest rated sessions at the Main Event and here it is for you to watch in its entirety.
Let me know if you make it all the way to the end and what your favorite idea was by leaving a comment.

Hey Greg,
Great video man! I watched it all the way through this morning and love the stuff you talked about. One of the biggest things that you mentioned for me is taking the time every week/quarter to evaluate your goals/progress, etc. and really get away from being “inside” your company.
Whenever I do that I can’t even explain the feeling I get (good feeling)… but for some reason I don’t stay consistent w/ it and get caught up in my biz.
Anyhow man, this is one to bookmark for sure… something everyone should watch at least once a month to re-ground ourselves.
Question for ya… I think it would be huge value for people if you put these 30 elements onto a pdf so we can post it on our wall for constant reminder. Heck… make a poster out of it and I’ll buy one my man
Chat soon… keep up the good work… see you in Vegas later this month!

Greg,
Powerfull talk, great information. Faith,Family,Friends,Fun and Finance. I had my doubts when book purchase was tied in with several associated programs, but you are clearly for real. I look forward to applying your principals – best to you and your family. Paul Davey

This is an excellent clip. It is the basis for creating a business and why, regardless if it is a short sale company or any other company. He lays out how to think about your business and this will allow you to grow it and get out of the way so you have your time back. I plan to watch it again!
